Past Speakers

Voice is THE way in which we extend who we are out into the world. What we value, our ideas, and what we bring to the table all come through the vehicle of voice. Yet, very few of us understand how to use the power of voice effectively. Worse, most of us are unconscious of current speaking habits that undermine our authority, negatively impact the way we are perceived and ultimately keep us from having the impact and success we want in the world.

In this experiential workshop we will explore both the technical and psychological elements of voice and what it means to be seen and heard, powerfully! Be it in your business, on stage, with you children or taking a stand for what matters most to you, how you say what you say matters. A lot! Explore new skills and gain insights to become an influential communicator so you can be the leader you are meant to be in your life and in the world.

Read all about Hillary

Hillary Wicht is an executive voice coach that helps her clients develop their voice for leadership so they can step more fully into their power, influence, and impact through the vehicle of voice. She has been empowering voices in the board room, the court room, the sales meeting, and on the stage giving her clients both the competence and confidence they need to have a voice and presence that creates success in their careers and lives.

In addition to her private clients, Hillary is passionate about empowering women to stand in their value in powerful and effective ways. She is a partnering coach to the Athena Alliance, focused on placing more women onto executive boards and a resource to Women2Boards and Broadrooms.

Hillary’s past experience as a performer in the studio and on the stage as both a session singer and voice over artist bring a fun and rich foundation to her coaching practice. She has shared her voice with such diverse Grammy winners as American Idol winners Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood, The X Factor winner Leona Lewis, Idina Menzel, Leonard Cohen, CeCe Winans and LL Cool J. She can be heard on commercials for McDonalds, Mattel, AT&T, Toyota, and beyond. She has performed on television and film sets, and stages small and large.

Hillary combines her expertise in voice and performance with her background in Somatic Leadership Coaching and Psychology to deliver a comprehensive authority at what it means to have a voice and presence that can authentically connect with others, move people to action, produce results, and create a legacy.

Read all about Pure Barre

one tiny idea, endless possibilities

Pure Barre is the largest, most established barre franchise in the nation, with more than 375 studios across the country, and more opening every month. Pure Barre is a total body workout that utilizes the ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements, which burn fat, sculpt muscles and create long, lean physiques.

Pure Barre was founded by dancer, choreographer and fitness guru Carrie Rezabek Dorr. Carrie opened her first studio in the basement of an office building in Birmingham, MI in 2001. With no initial clients, staff, signage or even a bathroom, the concept took off as clients were amazed by the results they saw from the workout.

In July of 2009, Pure Barre became a franchise and has exploded in popularity, due to its extremely effective technique (which transforms the shape of a woman’s body in record-breaking time); friendly, high-energy atmosphere; and fun, motivating music.

Pure Barre is more than just a workout; it’s a lifestyle. At Pure Barre, women share a sense of community, in which they are inspired and empowered by each others’ fitness and lifestyle goals. In addition to classes, Pure Barre also offers DVDs, equipment and exercise apparel.

There’s an app for that!

In 2010, Apple actually trademarked the phrase, “There’s an app for that”, and there’s a very good reason! There REALLY is, you just have to find it.

Life is full, we all have a lot going on. Join me for a less serious, dare I say even fun, workshop about productivity and walk away with tons more time in your life to do what you really want to do: ENJOY!

We’ll talk stress busters in the form of retail therapy (yes, even that can be a bit stressful if you don’t have loads of time), money savings, mindfulness, social media and pop culture consumption.

Let’s gather with friends, sip wine and chat about buying time. What more could you ask for on a beautiful, summer Sonoma evening?

See you soon!

Read all about Danielle

My name is Danielle and I provide the practical and productive tools to launch and grow your business. Through collaborative strategy sessions, I teach and support the creative entrepreneur to implement and continue to use those tools for success.

Making a business out of art can seem daunting (especially when you don’t feel like you have enough business experience or expertise), but good news: that’s where I come in!

As someone with over 20 years of experience bridging the gap between these two worlds, I speak both “Creative” and “Business” fluently. I understand and love what drives artists, and I’ll offer you the support you need to thrive, while simultaneously helping you to understand the business world and all it’s specific ins and outs. Together we will work out a customized strategy designed to fit you—your personality, your work, your goals—to get to where you want to be.

Tell me about your passion. Show me the beautiful thing that only you can do. And, together, let’s share your creativity with the world!
